It has seen many wonderful anvemtioms of science. All these inventions have contributed to the comforts of our life.
At every step of our daily life we enjoy the gifts of science. The alarm-clock wakes us at any time we like. The paste and brush wash our teeth in the morning. The newspaper quenches our thirst for information and the book for knowledge. The electric oven cooks our food quickly. Trams, buses and trains take us to schools, colleges or offices. The electric fan keeps us cool during the hot summer days. The electric lift carries us up and down a skyscraper. Now, the alarm-clock, paste, brush, newspaper, book, oven, trains, buses, trams, lift are all the products of science. In the evening when we come back home tired, science gives us the relaxation we pant for. We may switch on the radio and the television and regale our ears with songs and music and feast our eyes on pictures or we may go to a cinema house nearby and attend at a show. If anybody falls sick, he takes medicine. The radio, television, cinema and medicine are among the wonderful gifts of science.
Our friends living in remote villages enjoy the blessings of science too. They travel by bi-cycles and buses produced by science. If they go outside at night they take with them torch-lights which science has given them. Thus science serves us like a faithful servant in our everyday life.
